Generating ini file to see simulation results in windows SWMM

There is a substantial need to see simulation results at SWMM GUI for Windows which provides some useful functions to easily and quickly interpret the results. I found that ".ini " file need to load a SWMM out file generated in Linux into Windows. The ini file looks relatively simple, containing some constant values for visualization in Windows. It would be great to put an option to create ini file in swmmtoolbox. The related source code, which is given from EPA (https://www.epa.gov/water-research/storm-water-management-model-swmm) and is written in Delphi pascal, is attached.
