I know internet companies have systems in place to punish "bad" users and reward "good" eharthstone. English is my 3rd language and I can use it better than you. The customer satisfaction is decreased just temporarily, while they adjust their algorythms to the new meta and deck archetypes. Accept where you are and try to enjoy the ride. When to consider something as significant, etc. The truth is the majority of f2p players have a winrate below 50%, and not everyone is A playing fast and B playing an aggro deck.
Check out the highest rated decks from the classes, so you know what to Mulligan away when you're facing X class.
