Manage Users for a Branch
- You have registered your company and have a branch.
Go to Users page
- If you are already logged in, then go to your Home page.
Home Page -> Click on 'Your Branches' -> Select a Branch -> Click on 'Branch' Branch Page -> Click on 'Users' -> Users Page -> Click on '+ Invite new user'.
Invite a New User

In the home page, Click on the section 'Your Branches'

Select and Click on a branch. Branch page is displayed.

In the Branch page, Click on the Users card.

Users page is displayed. This page displays users associated with your branch.

If you wish to Invite a new user, click on 'Invite New User'.

Invite user page is displayed.

Fill in the email and name of the user, and click on 'Send Invitation'.

An email will be sent to the email id.

New user needs to register in Bael.

And after registration, new user needs to accept invitation from the Branch.

Assigning a role to an user

Once user has accepted the invitation to the branch.
- Email of the user will be displayed in the user list page.

Select the user, and click on the row, to view information about the user.

Click on the 'Info' button to edit role for an user.

Branch user page is displayed. This page contains three sections.

Info section: contains the Name, userid(email), Date of birth.

Active Period section: displays the current status of the user in the branch. And period of active status (From Date to Till Date).

Roles in the Apps section: is displayed if the user is currently active in the branch. You can edit the roles of an user for an app from this section.

New User Verification

An invitation email is sent the user.

If the user is not already registered in Bael, then user can register in Bael.

Once the user is registered in Bael, user can accept the invitation for the branch.
