remove scylla_wrapperd?

imo we should consider scylla_wrapper to be stable for TitanEngine, since we're debugging TitanEngine and not the scylla_wrapper, using a debug version of the library seems random (same as we use no debug version of distorm)

I'm fine with dropping the debug lib. I used it alot during integration but now I dont anymore
