CT moderation by HC

Give HC in a country the power to remove topics / comments.

Why? If topics should be removed let admins decide that.
By giving HC that power, they can remove topics wich don't fit in their point of view.

well freedom of speech has it's limits after all.. you don't wanna go whining to the admins remove that pls..

on the other side, i have never felt the need to remove topics.

(oh sidenote , yes the spy report topics!! handy to clean em out !! so definitely a yes!
