Display Server Time

1. Many players (including me) like to check city battles/maps/wars before logging into the game. When not logged in,city battles shows timestamps using server time (CST = UTC-6 ). It would be handy if the login page showed server time.

2. When discusssing wheel plans, sf times and such you need a common frame of reference to avoid confusion . (especially since IRC has no timezone concept afaik).

By displaying both servertime and personal time when logged in, the game provides that common reference in an easy way.

If this is leaving gaps then we can look into a fix, but having 2 clocks displayed on every page is not something I am keen on. It would have to be on a specific page.

Prior to logging into the game no time is displayed at all.

Correct, and that's what we would like to see added. one field showing server time would be enough.

If it's tricky to show that field on all pages, City battles and maps should be enough.

Well last i checked you could hover over the time and it would show you server time. My problem comes in when im on a phone there is no means to use server time and stuck with local time. When we were planning we were forced to count ticks. I do really like the fact it shows local time, makes it easier for people to know what time they have to be on for sfs or pvp or whatever.

I can work with showing two clocks on city battles and map pages, if people like that resolution?

Also to show server time clock when logged out.

Possible solution: Show server time difference next to clock & server time clock when not logged in.
