Pvp as MOTA

Former user created an issue

Couldn't pvp other Marqs as MOTA, from the spy page at least. The attack button was replaced with the text 'High rank'. And I am Marq, not Marq*. Had to demota myself first.

    @Yell0w - PVP needs to check if MOTA and use the underlying rank!

    On the flip side does this mean a Marq* can PVP a MOTA?

    it always has been this way, as MOTA you can only pvp other MOTAs and Marq cannot pvp MOTA, checked it on dev server a while ago. but a marq can pvp a MOTA*
