Improper Date/Time Assignment in the TLK Forum

The Date/Time function in the TLK Forum appears to be messed up.

For example, the most recent post on the General Discussion forum was in the Google Ads thread. This shows as being posted "Today - 08:11" by Surus. The thread with the next most recent post is in the "Coogle on Android Chrome" thread. This is being displayed to me as being posted "Today - 22:10" by emonemo. As I type this, my in game time and the time in real life for me are both approximately 11:38 (America/Chicago from the list of choices in the Set Timezone function).

I have not yet seen any indication that this effects any part of the game beyond the forums.
