Kicking people out of main as CoS

I've tried kicking people out of main as a CoS, without having 2ic of main myself. The people I tried kicking received following message:

"System You were kicked by Absolem from his army."

Yet they remained in Main.

As soon as I 2ic'ed myself it worked.

Just a minor thing.
