Joining next country

I've wanted to make this suggestion for a few ages now, and finally got around to it.

Basically I think it would be nice if you could avoid joining a country in the capitol only. So far in the current Asia, I have spent an entire day chasing my country's main from one end of the map and all the way across to the other end, while they moved 3 mp every time I did, it becomes very time consuming to catch up.

My suggestion is then if it could be possible for HC to designate a city for joiners to start in near the main, this way people don't risk getting cut off, PvP'd and kicked to death because they can't get to the safety of their own main.
