Use Paypal IPN to activate nobility accounts automatically

I'm guessing that nobility is added manually from admin, but you can do that automatically when paypal says that a new payment was made.

I'm using this feature on my site and it works with no issues.

We have a system in place ready for V2 to automate payments.

We are looking into adjusting it to work with V1 :)
