2nd Hero merchant doesn't working.

Hello, as far as i know my 2nd heroes merchant skill is 26% and 1%greater than my 1st hero but almost 7 or 8 ticks it sticked with the coins and doesn't giving anything, is there some kind of coding glitch or something, please check on this case.
