Drop down in Cities no longer showing any info

When I click on a city on the map the drop down box appears that used to show the info on the specific city (large, small, medium), and what city it borders....the box is empty except for the city name.

Also clicked on Limoges and the drop down showed New Rochelle. Tried that one a couple of times and the results were the same.
