Healing turns vanishing

I logged on to train, checked hospital to see how many ht's I had or how long until the next. Saw I had two immediately hit B, started training, got injuries then when I went to the hospital I had no ht's. I did not click use healing turn or hit enter, just hit H followed by B, nothing else.
