Not injured but injured?

On a training run i had this as my last battle, No damage taken on the 3rd last battle and only 1 horseman injured on the 2ed last battle. I was not injured in any of these 3 battles, but when i returned to look at my hospital for the amount it was going to cost to heal for the next round of SF's i am injured. ok now this is even stranger, this paste is showing the commander injured but the page i copied it from still is not?
