Less Countries on future maps

If, at all, we are ever gonna get new map(s), make less countries. All them empty ones are boring as hell with less players.

Disregard this if we ever get more active players ofcourse.

We are planning on creating a map editor to quickly edit maps, but that is unfortuanetly in the far future. But when we do have one, we will provide maps that scale with the player base.
