HC positions

I was just thinking, maybe there could be an actual diplomat position? It seems like I go through the whole HC before I find out who handles the diplomacy for their country. Just a thought. It could be just a tag to signify that they are the ones who handles it without having to bug all HC.

I like this Idea. Being a player who hates doing Diplo this would come in handy.
