UEFI Boot with GPT based Partition Table

Im trying to setup a gtp based hdd with a uefi install on a Hackintosh. I want to run mint encrypted along mac os x. My bootloader is called CLOVER and installed on /dev/sda1. I tried to adapt your instruction but Im unable to boot linux mint. It wont get recognized from CLOVER. Any suggestions?

    Question 1: Can you be more specific about the error? Particularly, what exactly is not recognized, and at what point in the install process?

    Question 2: is CLOVER supported by the Debian Live installer?

    Note that I just updated the README to clarify that this installer depends on the the Live LMDE installer, which in turn depends on the Debian Live installer. So if the Debian Live installer doesn't support CLOVER, then you'd need to talk to them (e.g., @ https://lists.debian.org/debian-live/ )
