finish/test support for resize without encryption

Ideally, a user of this project could use this code to support (headless) installation with LVM2 but not LUKS. Presumably install_LMDE_plus_LUKS_LVM2.properties could support appropriate flags, to be read/used by install_LMDE_plus_LUKS_LVM2.sh.

Branch=support_LVM2_without_LUKS currently contains initial, untested work toward this goal.
