Transition buttons always shown on new transition page

The new dynamic transition page always shows all transition buttons. If a run is stopped for example, the "Pause" button does not make sense. Clicking on it does nothing which confuses people. I would either show only the buttons which make sense (Start if run is stopped, Stop and Pause if run is running, Resume and Stop if run is paused), or disable the buttons, or at least show some error message "Operation currently not possible".

css settings for disabled buttons were lost in the move from mhttpd.css to midas.css. Fixed. K.O.

Fixed. Buttons on the transitions and programs pages now look like I intended. K.O.

The buttons used to be disabled and enabled as needed, and the disabled buttons were displayed visually differently. I do not know how, why and who broke it. Will fix. K.O.
