mongoose "programs" page broken

The "start" buttons on the "programs" page do strange things with mongoose web server. K.O.

    found problem: mhttpd redirect2() does not work with mongoose, sends stuff to the wrong socket... K.O.

    fixed, but behaviour changed: with mongoose, instead of sending redirect reply early, we send it at the end all processing. K.O.
