"BUG: bad read pointer increment" should report the name of the offending event buffer

"BUG: bad read pointer increment" & co should report the name of the offending event buffer. Back when I added these messages, there was only one buffer in use (SYSTEM), but now the agdaq system has two buffers and it is not immediately obvious which buffer is causing the error. It is still possible to deduce which buffer caused the error - the name of the offending client is printed, and it is easy to find out which client is connected to which buffer. K.O.
