mlogger ROOT output crash from ODB dump

the mlogger ROOT output crashes on start of run because we send it the ODB dump and it does not know what to do with it. The actual crash is in bk_swap() is it tries to interpret the ODB dump as a MIDAS event and byte swap the bank contents. K.O.

commit b9d1209 will refuse writing ODB dumps into ROOT file. Writing of ODB dumps has to be disabled manually in ODB channel settings. K.O.
