broken empty elog

if mhttpd elog is empty (there are no elog messages, i.e. mhttpd is started for the very first time), pressing the “elog” menu button traps the UI in an error dialog loop. K.O.

Fix error dialog loop if elog is empty - redirect to "new elog" instead. fix issue 184.
