ODB table striping

When an array is registered in the ODB, the array title always takes the same background color as the first cell in the array; with a bunch arrays of even length stack up, this ruins the striping in the title column. Will address this in the near future.

I reworked the striping of the ODB page. The odd-even pattern is now generated by mhttpd so we have more control over it. I put faint lines between key names, not sure if this is the best solution and deserves Bill's blessings, but this can be changed easily via the CSS file.
