lazylogger unresponsive when running script?

There is a report that when running an SFTP data transfer script, lazylogger will crash in response to the odbedit “shutdown” command. Most likely lazylogger is not responding to RPCs, not calling cm_yield(). Also not clear if watchdog is updated properly. Need to check these 2 things. K.O.
