"Experiment not defined" when starting any midas program

With the current develop version, I get “Experiment not defined” when starting any program. This happens on several computers, but not on all.

Found that the machines where this is not working omitted the username in the exptab file. The new code requires the username, otherwise will not return a valid experiment. Note that the username is optional. This can be handy if you run midas on your laptop where anyhow there is only one user. I removed the requirement to have a username there, and now everything works again.
