need alarm for "disk full" when logger cannot write history or cannot write data file

when disk is 100% full, and logger cannot write data file, I think we already have an alarm, but when it cannot write the history, there is no alarm. this needs to be added. why an alarm? one can attach a script to send an email or text message for somebody to take action. K.O.
