mhttpd crashes due to multithreading problem

This is just not to forget it: mhttpd crashes a few times a day with “error: data sent to socket X instead Y”. We use an automatic restart of mhttpd to minimize the impact, but still this should be fixed since all experiments out there are suffering. Same with some memory leak in mhttpd.
