mhttpd crash in run transition, exited cm_transition2() crash in delete of TrClient objects. client threads are still running, stuck in rpc_client_call(). K.O.

if transition is canceled while some threads are still doing RPC, we delete corresponding TrClient objects and trigger an assert in the destructor. now we definitely wait for all threads to finish before deleting TrState.
