mhttpd left hand menu "custom" links broken - wrong URLs

mhttpd left hand menu "custom" links do not work, they have incorrect URLs, i.e. /Custom/VME is set to "/home/agdaq/packages/frontends/fewiener/vme_generic.html", the URL is https://home/agdaq/packages/frontends/fewiener/vme_generic.html instead of https://alphagdaq.triumf.ca/...

This bug makes this mhttpd and this midas unusable for running the agdaq system.
