mhttpd left side menu missing "scripts"

Items listed in ODB /Scripts are absent from the mhttpd left side menu.
This bug makes this mhttpd and this midas unusable for running the agdaq system.

running scripts should be done via an RPC. K.O.

Fix now moved to the develop branch. Manual triggered events not implemented, should go to a custom page IMHO.

the working /script code vanished from the current mhttpd.js in the develop branch. it is replaced by the old non-working code. same for the /custom code - working code from the midas-2017-10 branch was replaced by incorrect code from the develop branch. something went wrong with git merge?!? K.O.

the code for "scripts" was never written. WTH?!? K.O.
