/expt/menu/mscb is set to "n", but the MSCB menu item is still present on the left hand side menu... K.O.

Still broken. Content of "localStorage.mNavigationButtons" is never updated so if odb /expt/menu/mscb is changed to "n", the "mscb" button never becomes hidden. K.O.

I fixed that long time ago, but the fix might have been lost in the cherry picking orgy. Now try again.
