rpc requests for db_get_values() with an empty paths array

many mhttpd web pages, i.e. the transitions page generate rpc requests for db_get_values() with the paths argument being an empty array. K.O.

    this is not a problem anymore. all pages have this request batched together with "get messsages" and "get alarms" & etc. K.O.
