mhttpd message popups are jumping around

the message popups that obscure the "status" link are jumping around the page with the "close-me" "X" always displayed in a different place. I literally have to chase the popups with the mouse to hit the elusive "X" to get to the "status" button. K.O.

First of all, you are not supposed to close all messages. If there is a new one, it will replace the old one. And before you are complaining again about video games: the current release (which I committed from the airplane over Greenland a few minutes ago) lets you disable messages by type. That should make you happy. I have to note however that many other people like this feature and they want to see ALL messages (even INFO). That's why the configuration is by message type. I'm not going to remove the "X".
