make error

i have installed root5.34/36 and midas, and source the "thisroot.sh", but when i do make it quit with an exception"rootatna/libMidasInterface/tests/testODB.cxx:67: undefined reference to 'XmlOdb::XmlOdb(char const*)' "

so what could have caused this exception

Something is wrong with your ROOT. What OS is this? (Windows, Mac?) How did you "install ROOT"? Built from sources or installed a binary package (which?). Can you give us the output of "root-config --features"? (to see if the "xml" feature is present - I have seen some pre-packaged ROOT binary kits build without support for XML). K.O.

current testODB now uses mvodb.h, XmlOdb() references are gone, problem not present. K.O.
