multiple tweaks was done:
* created a nodejs' cli for the `beautify.js` module from
http://jsbeautifier.org
* modified `showeject.cmd` to avoid to wait until the dialog
was closed
* changed `.hgignore` to exclude .dll, .chm and .dat files
