Matches page doesn't show a wrapper for all targets

toastal repo owner created an issue

As a user, as I scroll down the matches page, I notice that wrappers are no longer created. The matches page pulls in new matches as an infinity scroll. This event needs to be captured so new wrappers can be added to these elements.
