Example code for *.asc file reading with *.dbc?

Hi,
Is there any example code for running/reading .asc file with help of .dbc? Just for the understanding of ASC with DBC reading on real time as well as in the offline.

I would like to handle this in a separate repository, where I integrate the components all together.
Currently I only have examples that are limited to the particular library.
