Add filter to not display (by default) testlists and test results for non-active test collections

Issue #170 resolved
Gary Goozée created an issue

If test collections are made inactive, e.g. due to significant change in QA program for a machine, then it would be good to not see the related testlist results when Reviewing that unit's Test Lists.

One a Test Collection is made inactive one is generally not interested in seeing refence to it on a day to day basis, but the records still need to be available for review for years later in case an issue comes up.

Perhaps a checkbox or other filter could be added on relevant Review pages to only display Active Test Collection and TestLists as the default behaviour.

    Hi Gary,

I agree a filter for Active/Inactive would definitely be useful. Thanks for the suggestion.

Resolved in 0.3.0_TOHDev branch. Will change status once merged.

Removed all inactive TestLists by default from TestList review pages. Added a new menu in 'Review Data' to view inactive TestLists.
