Set test comment from the calculation context

Issue #280 resolved

It would be nice to be able to set a test comment from the calculation context. Something like:

lines = FILE.read().splitlines()
set_test_comment(lines[9])

    Just to add it would also be good to be able to read the comments as well as write to them (see the discussion here: #303 about use with 3rd party APIs or emails for example). In this way the comments could be passed to the API if required.

    Resolved by 4a785ab. You can now use UTILS.set_comment and UTILS.get_comment in calculations like:

    foo = 1234*5678
    bar_comment = UTILS.get_comment("bar")  # where `bar` is variable name of another test
    UTILS.set_comment("hello from foo. bar comment is: %s" % bar_comment)  # set comment for `foo`
