Comment box can't be opened when skipping.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Load a test list
2. Click skip
3. Click comment icon

Comment box then opens/closes immediately. I think previously the comment box would open automatically when clicking skip. (It does work fine if the comment box is opened first before skipping).
