An implementation of auto-review functionality allowing users to set up "Auto Review" rules. In this implementation each test can have Auto Review enabled or disabled. When a test list instance is saved test results will be auto reviewed if they match one of the AutoReviewRules.
An AutoReviewRule is a mapping from Pass/Fail status to Review Status, e.g. you can set up a rule so that any test which is passing will automatically be set to an Approved status.
