0.3.0 Configurable warning Message added on test list

Hi again,

I have made the warning message configurable at the test-list level, by adding it in the class TestCollectionInterface.

The default value is set in the local settings A new schema migration has also been made qa/migrations/0025_auto__add_field_testlist_warning_message__add_field_testlistcycle_warn.py
