All links are broken if `userwrite` is set to `.htaccess`

D. C. Stoyanov repo owner created an issue

If, in configuration settings, the variable userwrite is equal to 1, which means .htaccess, from all links is stripped doku.php/ causing the breaking of them.

The function accused is: https://bitbucket.org/Tormec/acmenu/src/master/script.js?at=master&fileviewer=file-view-default#script.js-43

A previous edit, on the same function, was made to solve issue #9.

    My mistake. I didn't properly set up the .htaccess file, especially the RewriteBase rule.
