Sidebar pages naming issue

After plugin update names of namespaces in a sidebar are named as folders names and ignore a title in the start.txt file (e.g. folder name is folder_name and the same name is shown in the sidebar). But before plugin update it worked in this way: namespace names in the sidebar were being taken from a title section of the start page in namespace folder. (e.g. folder name is folder_name but we have start.txt file and if we write === Title === so the same Title in te sidebar is shown). How do I repair this problem?

Before the last update (2018-11-30) AcMenu didn't respect https://www.dokuwiki.org/config:useheading. If this issue happens after the last update, it means (most probably) that you have, in your Configuration Manager: usehaeding = 0 or usehaeding = content

Change this parameter to navigation or 1, according to your needs, and AcMenu should works as you would expect.
