New menu behaviour

The following is a chance to satisfy requests reported in issue #23 and issue #10.

In reference to the following image, two different events could be possible on a namespace:

1. one click on the namespace’s name (red frame) will expand the menu and load the star.txt which will not be shown in the menu
2. one click on the arrow (black frame) will only expand the menu

In this way, start.txt will remain accessible from the menu, instead of suppressing it making not reachable.
