Former user created an issue 2020-04-02

For pages with Chinese name. It doesn't show correctly. Is there any way to fix this?

In your Configuration Manager try to set this variable https://www.dokuwiki.org/config:fnencode to safe or utf-8

Let me know if the problem persists.
