Error message when accessing Version page

We suddenly get the following error message when accessing the Versions page:

Unauthorized: Could not lookup stored client data for jira:11795030: SequelizeConnectionError: no pg_hba.conf entry for host "3.85.77.143", user "bcptxlzisvvxqk", database "d8npuk1npqf9fu", SSL off

The same error message occurs for all projects.
