JSON-RPC does not return Chinese character, but Chinese pinyin instead.

Hi, the JSON-RPC returns with the result of Chinese pinyin, instead of Chinese characters, is there any special setting need to be done? as the Chinese characters are returned in deed in the terminal log(right terminal part in the picture attached), but not in the result JSON(left part in the picture attached).
